I wouldn't try to put it on a redhead, for the same reason that women who have red hair shouldn't wear it. But it looks striking against the skin tone of a man with medium to dark olive skin, and dark hair.
A man who is already comfortable in his masculinity would not mind wearing pink.

No, not in this day and age. Lots of guys wore pastel pink in the '80s when Miami Vice made this kind of fashion popular. Polo, for example, sold a very popular kind of pink polo shirt that was hot for a while for guys. But in the '90s it started to go out of style and nowadays you don't see it too often. I don't know why though, because some men look good in pink. Especially dress shirts with a suit, I don't actually see anything wrong with it.

Course! I know a dude (preppy, but straight), who wears pastel pink, and he's really cool and popular. Plus he's on the football team. I think it takes some major self-confidante for anyone to wear pastels period, and I'm a chick. So no, I don't think they can... I know they can.

Why shouldn't guys wear any color that looks good on them? We women do. I know a bank president in his mid-40's, happily married, and with children, who sometimes wears a pink shirt. It's very definitely pink, although not a pale pink. He's handsome, confident, very masculine, and it looks great on him. I also know a very masculine minister who wears pink shirts occasionally. Whoever decided that certain colors weren't appropriate for men anyway? If pink looks good on a man, and he wants to wear it, do it.

Yes, some guys look very good in shaded of pink. It's absolutely stunning under a great dark suit jacket. Wow. :)
