Fan increase the speed of air, Air will do the rest. Excess Temperature will desipate into air. Air will carry more heat In less time.

Spinning fans do not produce cold air. They just make the air to move fast and you feel the cooling effect because of evaporation process.

They don't. They just produce MOVING air, but that moving air has the same temperature as the still air that got moved. But moving air does have a greater ability to carry away heat than still air, because as it moves past something warm, like a person's body, it uses both conduction and convection, not just conduction, to move heat.

Uhh.. i always thought it was because the body's moisture which produces the cooling effect. If your totally dry and theres a fan blowing, it willbe just room tempature air.

They don't they just move the room temperature air. It's the same concept as wind chill. I.E. It's 72 out but it feels like 68.

THEY DONT; The air appears cool because of evaporation on your body. your body is being cooled not the air.
