World Peace: George W Bush. North Korea is a tiny little country, even if they have nukes, they can't have more than a few--if they do use them, we and Russia and Japan will quickly destroy them, and China will let us do it. Would be a regional conflict at best--he may be able to reach Hawaii with his nukes, but that is even doubtful.
Kim cannot impact overall world peace, like Bush. The survey in question was done in a number of countries, and most cases, other than Israel, Bush is seen as the biggest threat to World Peace. As the leading power, far ahead of anyone else now, we are the ones that most impact world peace. Only others that could at this time are Russia and China.

Kim Jong-il is threatening because he is testing weapons in his own country and is honest about it for the most part.Scary? Yes. Bush is using his weapons at will where ever he chooses. They may not be nukes but a nutty Texan who believes he is doing God's work and lies to his own constituents about his real reasons for going to war is a hell of a lot scarier to me.
What is even scarier is that about 43% of the people in this country believe he is making the world a safer place to live.

inequalities in the world are the most dangerous thing, Kim is not that crazy, he's been ruling north korea for quite a while, and Bush (he is a coke-head) does do stupid things but even his stupidity knows limits, dont worry all those lobbying firms in washinton (12000) dictate his acts anyway. So its neither of them, the only real factor that drives countries to war are economic and social inequalities. U should read about international relations as well as realist, liberal and neo-realist and neo-liberal theories to make yourself a real idea about world threats to peace
