Morning sickness is the pits! I would agree with the BRAT diet. I found when I had morning sickness I only wanted comfort foods - like chicken pot pies, mashed potatoes, creamy soups (cream of mushroom). things like that so I felt better. I also drank warm, decafinated tea - if you can find ginger tea, that may help your stomach settle and then you can eat again. I lost a bunch of weight my first trimester and into the second... but it gets better.

Also, your Dr. can prescribe a medicine to help you with morning sickness if your is that bad, you might consider it. Hope you feel better!

I was extremely sick in the begining of my pregnancy and I would get fruit smoothies with vitamins in them. I know it sounds gross but it doesn't taste so awful coming back up and I figured that anything that stayed down at all was at least vitamin packed and would give me some energy. Usually I wouldn't order a power drink with lots of calories, but when I was so sick, all I wanted to do was try to feed the baby and get some nutrients down. I would try to drink them right after throwing up so that sometimes it would stay down since I was just sick.
I was sick every day all day long from week 7 to week 16 and then it stopped. I thought it never would, but it did. I am in week 33 now and the weeks are flying by. I don't know how I made it through those sick weeks, but it is so much better now!
Good luck!

Try jacket potatoes - or mashed potatoes - if this works you can add cheese.

Toast

Digestive or plain biscuits (shortbread are good as they're quite high in fat but plain)

Drink milk or juice to try and increase calcium and vitamins.

Speak to your doctor about supplements to make sure you're getting all the right stuff for the baby.

I'm going through that right now and potatos seem to be something I can eat when ever. Try a plain baked potato or mashed potatos. Good Luck - It will be over soon (although it sure doesn't seem that way now, huh!?!:)

Crackers, Bread, Pasta (which is good for baby because of the omega 3 fatty acids)
