my nokia 6230 mobile phone broke today. i need to buy a new phone, what one should i get and why? i prefer nokias if possible, and notihng too expensive. also, could someone explain what it means when a phone is "3g"? thanks

I suggest a Nokia 6233 its the upgraded version of the 6230i. You can find a review of it at www.mobile-phones-uk.org.uk and a defenition of 3G is here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3G. It is like a faster version of the most current operating system 2G.

Depends on what provider you are on, not all providers offer the same phones, need more info. Not sure what 3g means either without more details about what it is saying and such.

If I was going to get a new phone I`d have a Motorola V3i. If it had to be a Nokia It would be a 6131. Dunno what "3g" is though. Something to do with internet?

i have the sony erricson(SE) w810i and it is great and have heard so many good things about the SE w850i that if i could afford i'd get that if i was you!!!
