I mean, don't a guy know that most gurls in the world are sensative. If a guy tells her he loves her, she feels like the luckliest gurl in da world.I mean, i'm kinda goth/punk but even i fall hard when a guy says the 3 little words! So men, this is for you! WHY!

Because some guys out there are completely oblivious to the fact that girls have feelings too. Some guys are so self-involved and self-centered that they only think about what they want and whats in it for them.
Just remember that not all guys are like this. I realize sometimes it seems that way but there are some decent guys.

Quite honestly? Because it works.
You seem young, so I'd say that for someone your age, your expectations of the men around you are a bit out of whack. In my teen years, even all the way to my early 20's, sex was a singular obsession that I would constantly crave. Most guys are like that. Combine that with an underdeveloped emotional capacity and you wind up with guys that have no remorse about lying or faking their way into a girl's pants.
In the U.S., at least, there have been many studies that show female emotional development is way ahead of male emotional development. Most girls in their late teens are usually on the same emotional level as guys in their mid-to-late twenties. Most guys in their late teens are about as emotionally evolved as 10-year-old girls. When was the last time you had a 10-year-old girl treat you like an adult and care about your feelings?
Be true to yourself and your motives, be patient and things will work out just fine. But don't continue to expect that any man is going to just fall into your plan. Be open-minded and good things will happen for you.

Okay, "I'm" not a guy, but there is one thing I can tell you from experience. If you don't give "out" he knows not to say he loves you if he "doesn't!" I tested that theory a couple of times, once for an entire year! The first one gave up because he truly "didn't" love me. And the second one, I am now married to. He's scrum-doodlee-oshis! Yummy! There is no law in the world that say's you have to comply, and if you do, take your time. Sex is great, but it "doesn't mean they love you, and if you love them "also" you "still" don't have to make love if you're not sure or ready for it.

Because for a man language can be a weapon to getting what he wants. Your trick is to find the line between sincerity and lust. If a man tells you he loves you, you have to look for that expression in different ways. How does he touch you? How does he hold your hand? Does he just want to be close without pawing you sometimes? Also how long did it take for the feelings to develop? Any man that tells you he loves you on the first date is a liar!

that isn't true in my last relationship we both decided to do it b/c we loved each other , we were engaged for 9 mouths and when she broke up with me she broke my heart, i cried for the days so guys have fellings to, not tring to be mean but when some guys say that they mean it!

the words "i love you" are the most abused words nowadays... that's why its value are losing or decreasing....
you'll only know if its true if the person you are with, seldom say that words BUT are ALWAYS at the right timing...
