I'm glad you're thinking ahead and planning for your future. While using contraception, it's smart to keep in mind that even the most effective contraceptive methods are not as foolproof as having no intercourse at all. That said, since you will not be using condoms, I strongly recommend you and your partner be tested for STDs. Otherwise, pregnancy could be the least of your concerns.
There are several contraceptive methods available that do not require condoms or pills. They are as follows:
BEFORE INTERCOURSE
1) Diaphragm or cervical cap
2) NuvaRing
3) DepoProvera
4) IUD
5) Today Sponge
6) Implants (inserted in your arm's skin)
AFTER INTERCOURSE
The Plan B pill, also called the "morning after" pill, is available with only an 80% success rate and is considered emergency contraception only, not something to be relied upon.
You should visit your doctor to discuss the method best for you (or a free or reduced-cost clinic if you prefer). I encourage you to enter "contraception" as a search word on Yahoo!'s main page to learn more so when you visit your doctor you'll have a good idea of what your needs are. The better informed you are, the more your doctor can help you. (While you're there, I also recommend you make an appointment for you and your partner to be tested for STDs.)
Good luck with this and I wish you the best!

If you're not willing to use condoms or pills, the female can use a diaphragm or cervical cap, or get an IUD. After intercourse, if you haven't used birth control, all you can do is hope (a miserable wait, and not a very smart method).
Before intercourse, if you're not willing to do any of the above, decide not to have intercourse, or accept one of the above birth control methods. But really, you shouldn't have sex without condoms because there is a fatal STD out there that is so rampant it's not even funny. Always have safe sex.

You could put some spermicide inside the vagina before intercourse, or after. If you use enough, it should kill all of the sperm before it can get anywhere.
