I honestly think it's blueballs you just aren't aware of the reason for it. Anyway here's a poem I wrote in answer to someone's question about blue balls
Blue balls sometimes occur when you have not ejaculated for a long period of time. Your scrotum may turn a bluish color and your testicles become tender and painful. Find the remedy in the poem below.
When you find your balls are blue,
there's only one thing you can do.
So read with care these words of mine
for blue balls are a warning sign.
Relief is what you really need,
so prepare to spill your seed
Take you penis in your hand,
lying down or where you stand.
Polish your rod fast or slow
it doesn't matter as you know.
Soon you'll feel it tingle there
as your seed flies everywhere.
Relief is what you now will feel
and soon your balls will start to heal.
When next you think about this scene,
Thank The Lord they were not green!
I put a link below so you can learn more.

A hydrocele is when you have an extra sac of fluid in your balls but it does not hurt all that bad.
Severe, one-sided testicular pain that comes on suddenly can be caused by twisting (torsion) of the testicle (testicular torsion) or the spermatic cord. Often nausea and vomiting are also present. Testicle torsion may occur after strenuous exercise or during rest. It is more common in teens and young men. This is a medical emergency, since blood flow to the testicle is cut off. Immediate surgery is needed to prevent the tissue death of the testicle.
Infection of the epididymis is a common cause of painful swelling in the scrotum. Fever, abnormal discharge, and painful or frequent urination may also be present. Epididymitis may be caused by a sexually transmitted disease (STD), a urinary tract infection, or a prostate infection (prostatitis). Swelling (inflammation) of the epididymis may be caused by repeated minor injuries.
Infection of a testicle (orchitis) is not common, but when it occurs, fever, nausea, and vomiting are usually present as well.
Some growths in the scrotum may not be painful unless the growth spreads. This is the case with testicular cancer, which may at first cause a painless, hard lump inside or on the testicle. As the cancer spreads, however, it can cause inflammation and pain in the epididymis.
Pain in the scrotum may be caused by illness elsewhere in the body. The pain of a kidney stone passing through the ureter may cause pain that is felt only in the scrotum.
An inguinal hernia also may cause pain in the groin and scrotum.
Pain with sexual intercourse or ejaculation may be caused by an infection, stress, an allergic reaction to a contraceptive, or sores from an STD.

Many at the instant men have homoerotic desires, yet with the aid of connotations no person particularly talks approximately them. that's exciting the countless double standards and inconsistencies that upward thrust up. Crossdressing in public is incorrect for men, yet ok for women persons; i've got seen uniforms for women persons that are decidedly male (ties, vest, and so on.). in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, once you're an artist, esp. the lead singer in a rock band, crossdress away (Kurt Cobain, Ozzy, Queens of the Stone Age, and so on.). In intense college, at the instant men insult one yet another via yelling "f@g" yet attempt to electrify different men via speaking approximately how great their unit is. And why bypass out of your thank you to the gay bar once you're in basic terms going to shout insults out the window? for sure, you're there for interest...

Sometimes you get it when sitting for prolonged periods of time. It eventually goes away though. But yes, all of the guys who are reading your post has had this problem. It's a pain but it eventually disappears.
