above the radio and below the air vents. there is a button that says ETS, and then one with a orange triangle. the orange triangle is your button.

The orange button is correct. It is the hazard switch/ flasher also.
It is not always the cause of a turn signal failure, it may be the turn signal switch. Not knowing the exact problem, I would not want to guess.

the turn signal flasher unit is under the drivers side of the dash you will have to remove the panel under the dash and it is up by the steering shaft and mounts for the brake pedal

Just look for the orange triange on your buttons-sometimes on the dash or maybe on the steering colom.

It is up above the radio its an red triangle button
