What is going on. I wanted Benson and Stabler to hook up.Now Benson is in the back grow and Stabler has a new partner. On the previews for next week Stabler was kissing the new partner. What is going on. I'm so upset :)

It would ruin the show if they started dating each other. Olivia was on tonights show so I thought she was back for good..I saw the previews for next week and I didn't see Stabler kiss anybody..

I sincerely doubt Benson and Stabler will ever get together because most TV producers know that's the kiss of death for a show; there have been too many shows where there was a certain amount of sexual tension between the male and female stars, but once the writers put them together, there was nothing left to wonder about, and the shows' viewing audience dwindled to nothing. As long as people are wondering, they keep watching. They stop wondering, they move onto something else.

Olivia and Elliott won't ever get together. It would make the whole show more about them and less about the casework. The only way they'll be together is if they're never partners again. But I don't see that happening.

I totally agree. If they don't get together personnal I want them to get back together as partners. The chemistry between them makes the cases so much more personal and interesting.
