No, we are beginning to farm seafood due to the large demand and growing asian countries. Much like cows are unlikely to ever be in shortage, edible fish will be farmed and won't be in shortage.

Water is largely a local/regional problem. Most areas are taking better care of their water supply and water usage.

With the pollution rate, the only type of seafood we can eat without getting sick are going to be from farmed seafood.
