When ever a user visits a web page then the owner get some credit and of course there are ads for sites frequently visited . so these sites give free access. What do u think yahoo is doin by all this new features!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is for public information, If public use these sites, then owners earn credit for it. They can advertise many ads. and owner earns money too. All these payable sites are linked with free websites which they advertise.
