Well, if the employee doing the nut shooting endangered the lives of any other employees, then yes, the employer would have just cause for termination.
But you are probably right about the fifty bucks....

I guess it would depend where you did it. If you did it outside, I don't see any problems. If you did it inside, then there might be one or two violations.
