Define the "scary Mom" look...?

and how I can avoid it. I'm a young mother on a limited budget (baby comes first, of course) and I'd like a few casual new clothes that do not fall into the scary mom classification. What should I buy?

The scary mom look is defined as a combination of outrageously embarrassing wardrobe and lack of pride. Mothers dress in a tattered old housecoat, often with only one tie left, run-down moth-eaten slippers and their trademark head full of hair-rollers. They then take a woman scorned stance with their arms crossed and single foot tap. This look is never associated with any kind of makeup and if you are of the unlucky few will be associated by a frightful blood curling stare......

And that my friend, is the scary mom look!

If your child screams at first seeing you out in public, throw everything you're wearing away!!!!

Don't wear anything that your child's friend from school would wear but don't dress like grandma either. just a casual look is good like some capri pants and tank tops are for all ages too.
