That there are good questions asked during the day, but in the evening/night everything gets religious and plolitical or downright ridiculous?

Different people are on at night vs. day.
Mostly during the day or afternoon younger kids are on and usually they like to talk about relationship etc.
At night all the older people come on after work and what not and they wanna talk about more grown up stuff rather then dwell on who cheated on who? Etc.

There's a world of difference between the people of the day & the people of the night. It happens all over the place, in business too. It's like there is a mental shift of the tide or something.

I think that people during the day are at work or school and they have questions that they really want answered. Things that they might have been thinking about or that they really need an answer to that they know that someone else might know.
At night, they are more relaxed and don't really have to worry about having to think that hard.

I think the freaks are sleeping during the day and they wake up at night and that is when all the craziness starts

I don't know. I don't stay on my computer all day and night. I can only do it at work cause I have a family to take care of at home. Good question.

I disagree, I haven't noticed a time when the questions are more serious than any other time...especially in this category! If I wanted more thoughful or serious questions, I would hit up a different category all together!

I think it's because all the normal, fun-loving people go to bed, but all the cynical, brooding people are too depressed to sleep so they stay awake trying to get other people depressed too by reading their questions.
