I have to go with the tummy tuck also, only surgery I would actually consider ever going through with....I think....having a baby really does change a lot of things......must admit I would love to have a great new pair of breasts too...but I just don't know if I could ever do it. The rest of me just wouldn't look right with my new tummy and breasts....I can imagine how one surgery starts the whole domino affect. Though I would never consider having any surgery done to my face......I like to look like me.....I'd just like to look like me with a better figure.

At this point, in my life, I probably wouldn't get anything done. I'm only 20 and what I have is proportionate and I'm very okay with my body. I *used to* want breast implants, but I'd now rather keep my smaller ones.
HOWEVER...
Once I hit about 40 and you see sags here and wrinkles there, I would probably get a nip and tuck to cover that up a bit. Maybe just a few changes to get back some of what I may have lost.
I know you said no knives, but what would you change? Even hypothetically, there must be something...

Of course we all have thoughts of changing ourselves some point or another. I however have seen quite a few documentaries on lotsa different plastic surgeries and NO THANK YOU! Especially the nose job OUCH. But if I really wanted to do something I'd get a breast job. It's pretty much been perfected in the last ten years, and you hardly hear about complications now adays, but of course I would have to research many doctors before I would even consider doing it. But oh no, I'm too biga wimp for that, I've had enough surgeries, why would I want to go do it voluntarily!? But anyway, good question, I'm sure you'll get a few off the wall answers with this one.

Let's see.... Hmmmmm......
I'll get........uh......
I'll be needing a whole body makeover!
I think I have some of the world's funkiest toes (well, not really but their not the prettiest) so, I'll start with a Toe Job.
I've got excess deposits of fat tissue here and there so, Liposuction sounds good.
I've brought children into the world, so a Tummy Tuck is mandatory.
Jennifer Lopez makes my butt look like a board so I guess I would opt for an Implantation of the Gluteus Maximus.
The chest is a nice size but I could use a Breast Lift.
After that...... I'll be good to go.
Now, anyone have any $$ donations $$ ?? =)

I feel that our bodies are how they are for a reason. But sometimes things are medically neccessary to correct. Like a nose job can correct a deviated septum. Lypo, that really doesnt serve any purpose unless someone who has breast cancer has a massectomy they can use that fat to help fill in the part that was taken out. A brow lift or face lift, yeah take a look at Joan Rivers, people go too far. Some girls do have entirely too big of breasts for their body naturally and need a reduction to help with their back. I would love to have a breast lift that would be great. Also when someone who was really heavy loses drastic amounts of weight, their skin loses the elasticity and stays stretched so they need help to get rid of excess skin.

To be honest I am against the whole plastic surgery thing?? But I know that the one area of my body I used to always joke about was my "breast-size". I am 5' 3" and am completely happy with my build it's just I remember always being curious as to how it would feel wearing a larger cup size. This although was more when I was in high school and early on in college. To be honest now that I am getting married and plan on having kids I don't think I am as anxious for them. I work out normally and view them as just masses of "fat". Who knows though ask me this question after I have kids......may have a different answer for you!

Well I never thought about doing plastic surgery either until an older women said something to me. She said after having her babies and aging her breast where a sight for sore eyes. So I decided that when I am done having kids and a little older I will definitely get a boob job.

At the moment probably nothing - but ask me again in 5 to 10 years and I would be open to suggestions - nothing radical, maybe just a little tightening here and there. Since people are living longer, why not look good as long as you can?
What I WOULD love to have now is some permanent make-up like eyeliner and lashes and permanent hair removal on my legs and bikini line 'cause it would save time and the day to day bother.

I am far from perfect and I know there are many things that may make me look better, but I believe we were all made the way we are for a purpose. So to be honest, I don't think I would change anything. These people that go out and get anything and everything done to their body-I persoanlly think that is wrong. Now I don't disagree with people that may have a disorder or something like that having it done that will improve their everyday life. But I think people should be happy they are alive and appreciate how God made us!!!!!
