for me being a fornicator came easy-"There is pleasure in sin for a season" the bible
I think its in the jeans-we watch or moms and dads or missing dads-and sometimes we get abused by others too and chose to come out of our jeans-so its really a jean issue-what makes a person chose to live in sin/
what helped me most and this is my feeling on the question was seeing Jesus is the Messiah
Isaiah said its a choice-"Unto us a child is born, a Son is given, and he will be the prince of peace, God almighty, and the wonderful counselor. Isaiah 9vs 6 written 700bce
we do get jean choices-deamons put thoughts in our minds proven by the multitude that with me chose not to live in sin and repent and be born again
John 3 teaches that choice "Except you repent, and be born again you can not enter the kingdom of heaven."

the jean choice is to go to hell gnashin teeth forever in torment with crying- Jesus talks about that choice in Revelation 19-22nd chapter.
I prayed &made a new 1

You are, as you have been, an idolator, worshiping a book -- directly or indirectly, that has clearly been shown to not be the "word of God" -- but rather the word of many men.

You do not face the charges brought against this idol that is your actual god -- but rather continue to pretend that you have a revealed truth when all you have is abject lies. If you didn't know that in your heart -- you would face your accusers openly and debate the merits of scripture, but you won't -- because you already know that the battle is lost. That type of behavior, so typical of idolators -- does not impress me, and I doubt very much that it impresses anyone else.

The Bible speaks out directly about a lot of things. It says that the world has corners (Isaiah 11:12) and that it sets on pillars (I Samuel 2:8). It says that God accepted a human sacrifice -- he may have prevented Isaac's, but he allowed a general to sacrifice his own daughter without even a murmur, the text giving tacit support to the idea that having given his word, the man had to kill his child. (Judges 11:30-39). It clearly maintains that genocide is often commanded by God (Joshua 10:40-42 and I Samuel 15: 2, 3 and 8) and that, after killing all the adults in a race, taking the female children as sex slaves is permissible (Numbers 31: 17-18).

The God revealed by the Bible is not only both a liar who doesn't know the natural laws of his own world, and a monster, as shown above -- but he has no real regard, even for his own people, whom he forces into cannibalism (Leviticus 26: 27-29) when he is mad at them; or his priests, whose faces he wipes with dung (Malachi 2:1-3).

It is not only gays and lesbians that are hated by biblegod. This monstrosity also suggests killing kids who eat or drink too much (Deuteronomy 21: 18-21), and if he is angry with parents he will kill their children (Leviticus 26:22) and blame things upon children whose great-great-great grandfather committed the things being blamed on the kids (Exodus 20: 5).

Putting it in a word, biblegod is a monstrosity, a horrific demiurge of evil. Something that even he admits ( Isaiah 45:7 ) [Furthermore, as you must know being jewish and I presume fluantly speaking Hebrew, the word used in Hebrew for evil, the word ra' is widely conceded to mean a number of different things: It can mean "wickedness," "mischief," "bad," "trouble," "hurt," "sore," "affliction," "ill," "adversity," "harm," "grievous," and "sad." So no matter what particular interpretation is given of this word -- it has profoundly negative implications. The idea that god is sovereign over the affairs of man makes this even worse, because no matter what interpretation it has, it indicates that biblegod deliberately does harm.]; evil about which he sometimes changes his mind (Exodus 32:14). What a font of unchanging morality -- that almighty God can decide to kill an entire people, and then be talked out of it by a human servant... Furthermore, it is obvious, if God can change his mind, then even if the Bible were not full of errors and horrors, you could not trust that God had not changed his mind on any other issue in it.

So, yes, I suppose if one wants to take as truth a book that says that beetles have four legs instead of six (Leviticus 11: 21-23) and that rabbits chew their cud [which they do NOT] (Deuteronomy 14:7) and if you are willing to, having accepted it as truth, overlook the fact that biblegod routinely changed his mind (I can show you other instances if you wish) then yeah, I suppose its words would matter and therefore, homosexuals should be concerned.

The choice you present however is a false one -- as is evidenced by the easy way in which I proved that the Bible was not perfect, and therefore not the word of a perfect God, but of imperfect men -- as ALL idols are.

I on the other hand, while a Christian (as in Christ follower) am NOT a literalism, and do not think that a book of bronze age myths owing heavily to the Sumerian and Egyptian mythology in the Old Testament and to a collection of pagan faiths, particularly Mithraism in the New Testament, matters at all.

Take your idolatry and false religion -- the lies that you tell yourself and that you try to spread, and go elsewhere, or face the music of Truth -- which will smash your idols to the ground and utterly destroy them.

The jean choice? Is that a new brand of jeans? Personally, I like AZ Jeans from JCPenney's they are cheap and even cheaper when they put them on sale. Although, I like Levi 501's, I just cannot afford them anymore....

There are many people who took the religous ex-gay ministry route, and who experience a temporary phase claiming "I'm cured," only to eventually find that nothing has changed.

Please keep an open mind and try not to demonize homosexuality. If you've really changed, then you don't need to demonize homosexuality.

Genetics has been used as an excuse for many things, this included. Everyone is born with the genetic predisposition to further the species. It is a normal and desirable thing.
Fornication is a choice that we make after being informed of the rules that say 'no pre-marital sex' and 'one man:one woman' .
Sure, you will feel urges and desires for persons of the opposite sex. It is a normal thing. You have the free will to choose NOT to fornicate.

Oh no, the Hyphenator is back. Look dude, I have said it before and I will say it again. Close your bible, step away from the computer, put your pants on and step outside for some fresh air. Take a walk in the park, visit a museum, spend time with loved ones and keep your distorted religious opinions to yourself.

Good news to hear you are a Messianic Jew. You are right in a lot of what you say but we are not born with fornicating genes. (You have been misspelling gene) these are the kind like pants!. We are all born of a sinful nature and need to be cleansed by the blood of our Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ. This can only happen when we accept the fact we are sinners and Christ is the only one that can save us from our sins. Upon recognizing this we accept Him in our hearts as Lord and Saviour at which time we are "born again" as God's Holy Spirit enters the heart of the believer. We can now have fellowship with the Father through Christ. Keep up the good work and share your faith with your Jewish budddies.Hope you able to attend a Bible believing church in your area.

I read in "The Science of Happiness" by Stephen Klein that promiscuity has a genetic factor, related to your need for newness and adventure. That said, he also makes the point that genetics is only a small part of the way you think and feel.

You really need to calm yourself. Fornicating genes? Is this a joke?

First off, you're clearly a psychopath.

Hey - why not Jews for Hitler! As long as we're having fun with crossovers.

It is, as many have noted, nearly impossible to make any sense of your ramblings. But the gist seems to be that you found Jesus after "living in sin" - which is how it usually works. It's called a guilt complex.

Beyond that, you're on a level with every other babbling nutcase you see on a streetcorner with a bullhorn.

The REAL solution is to get over the idea that sex is intrinsically "evil." Even in the bible (if you must extract your morality from fairy tales), the oldest lesson is that the "Fall" occured when the first couple became aware of their shame. Sex is an appetite like any other, and only becomes morbid and predatory when repressed (as we see with "conservatives" and "christians" like Mark Foley and Ted Haggard).

I'm a Christian and what I firmly believe is that some people are born with negative genes that force the intolerance.
