Any spot is good, but I know that at Pure in Ceasar's if you go up to the door guy and say you have a party of all women, they'll let you in really quickly.
Rain at Palms is also fun.

Start out your night at the Beauty Bar (its downtown) for 10$ - you get a manicure and a martini!! you have to go at a certain time though. They have a website!! you may have to make a reservation if you have more than 5 girls with you!

Check out vegas.com - it has all the listings. The best clubs are usually in the Casino's these days & you've gotta go to the Palms! You can also check out the malre strippers at the Rio
