Hi - I felt like this when I had gastric flu, ended up so dehydrated I had to go to hospital, think you need to see a doc. If there are no docs open, try a Pharmacy or even A&E. Hope you feel better soon xx

Drink lots of water and and only eat simple food eg; scrambled agg, soup etc, nothing spicy or seasoned. Take an anti inflammitoy painkiller like ibuprofen which should help reduce the pain alot. Tomorrow eat something with fibre in it eg; wholemeal toast and some fruit juice to help your bowels to get back to normal. Good luck and hope you feel better.xx

Go to a Doctor -seriously it could be bad. If you can't see your own doctor go to accident and emergency and demand action. Have you phoned NHS direct yet? Do it and for goodness sake DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL this weekend as it sounds to me like |IBS on the way. Not wishing to put you in a panic Crohn's disease could be coming your way (not nice). The booze is definitely a no-no for you -yes I have it and no it isn't nice. I wish I had someone to tell me that then maybe my life would have gone a LOT better.

Drink lots of water and get some imodium plus. its much better than regular imodium. also, as gross as it might sound, a little vaseline on your bum works wonders when its red raw! I had a sore bum for quite a while until they diagnosed my allergy. trust me, it works!

just let it go,
If it's that bad it's probably your body trying to get rid of something bacterial or viral, that's how iit protects you. You are better to bear with it than try and bung it up with Immodium.
Keep drinking just CLEAR fluids, ie broth and lemonade if it doesn't clear in 48hrs see the Doctor
