Nope. I am one. What's hard is staying calm while a few others do their best to force you toward an extreme position with troll-baiting comments. People on your own side do this every bit as much as people on the other side... It's insane.
For people with a mind of their own, a level head and a healthy level of detachment from the process, it is not any harder than it has been.

Since extremist politics have taken over much of the world yes it has become very difficult to be a political moderate because few people will listen to a moderate because they aren't extreme enough. Remember in this day and age of "your either with us or against us" their isn't a lot of room for moderates.

I'm a moderate and this is the easiest voting decision I have made in quite some time. I've had it with Republican hypocrisy and fear-mongering. I've had it with their inability to effectively handle this war in Iraq. I'm ready to give Democrats a shot at what the Republicans obviously can't handle.

I would think it easier, but I'm guessing. Would a moderate be concerned with all these "hot-button" issues?
I would think a moderate could boil it all down to taxes. Paying less vs. paying more. Choosing to invest the money, rather than spend it...

I think is a moderate describes most of the country...Those of us that vote straight ticket for either party...We are not helping the country...We have officially drank the Kool-aid...

It is easy to be a moderate, when you realize that most of the democrats, have gone so far to the left, that it leaves everything else a to be a moderate.
