I want to look my best. My weight is 135 pounds and my height is 5 3. Need to lose 10 pounds quickly. Also any suggestions would be great.

one thing to remember about losing weight that close to your wedding, what about the alterations for your gown? will there be time? instead of having your heart on losing that weight, why not just concentrate on eating healthy and going for brisk walks. it'll make you feel good about yourself, whether the weight comes off or not. and it'll give you that glowing look for your big day. good luck!!

Start off with a good low fat high energy breakfast with a gratefruit there is something in it that helps burn caleries.get active for at least 30 min a day.You can do exercise at home go for a speed walk aroung the block a few times use an exercise tape.Even if you don't loose weight you can loose inches with exercise.Don't eat after 7:30 at night.Always have carrot sticks and celery hany for cravings .With a mix of watching what u eat and exercise you will have no prob loosing the weight or inches.Congradulations and good luck.

just go to the gym and work out like crazy 5-6 days a week! that is the easiest and healthiest way to do it! Do lots of cardio and lift heavy weights. the more muscle you have the more calories you burn! Make sure you maintain a healthy diet too. Don't skip any meals, just eat healthy!

Here's the advice I gave to another woman on here in the same position as youself—
Here's a step by step guide to losing weight quick and safely.

1. Eat meals more frequently, but smaller portions. This way, when you're hungry for a snack, instead you can make a small dish with about a tbsp. of peas, 5-6 baby carrots, and a baked potato [& meals like that].
2. Breakfast is essential. In the morning, metabolism works way faster and it also gives you energy to burn off carbs during the day. Have a nutricious and healthy breakfast every morning such as a bowl of Special K with a Banana on the side.
3. Purchase some light weights. I've gotten rid of all the fat in my arm by building muscle using a set of 2 pound weights. They were a dollar per weight! So, it only cost me 2 bucks. If you can't find any light weights, use a can of soup or vegetables as your weights and do exercises that promote muscle and strength in your arms. All the way up & All the way down 10 times each arm for 10 minutes each day for the next 6 months.
4. Next, to trim down thighs and promote muscle in your legs here's a simple technique— lay on your back, stick your hands under your butt for a bit of a push upward, and move your legs in the are in a rotation as you would as if you were riding a bike. Doing this non stop for 2 whole minutes makes your legs feel sore. After doing it enough, you'll be able to continue "cycling" for much longer.
5. Enjoying yourself. If you put some music on and dance around your house freely, you'll lose weight. You can prance around and dance whichever way you'd like and it's a workout in itself because you're getting all that movement and start to sweat. That's the funnest way to lose weight because you're having fun and not thinking about calories.
6. Stay away from junk food and soda. Start drinking gatorade and vitamin water. Snack on baby carrots, celery, kashi go lean crunch bars, nuts, etc.
7. You know those stairs in your house? Use them to your advantage. Run up and down them 10 times a day. Up & Down= 1 set.
8. Always make sure you're getting enough protein and vitamins. Never binge and never starve yourself. It's essential to lose weight in a healthy matter.
9. Lye on your floor and do a set of 20 crunches each day for the first week. Then, the second week do 40 each day. Continue adding 20 more each week. This tones your stomach and gets rid of fat by burning it, toning it, and making it look fabulous.
10. Jogging is always good. If you live in a nice neighborhood or know a good park, take your mp3 player or headphones and go for a 30 minute-1 hour jog. Have your fiancee join you as well.

(You can always go to a gym but the ideas that I have given you are excellent for those who don't have the time or the money for a gym).

Start the southbeach diet, in the first two weeks you'll more than likely lose 10-14 lbs...but you must follow the diet. It won't work unless you follow it. There is plenty of information about the diet, including meal plans on the net..GOOD LUCK

The only answer to your question is that "DONT GET MARRIED", just kidding, my best wishes and good luck to you for your married life.

Now on actual part, try not to eat non-veg and cut the drinks, hard or soft. Drink alot of water and fruits, you body will not feel hungry because of alot of consumption of water, 3 days before your wedding come back to your normal diet, you will see the changes.

I find that working out not only trim my waist size but I also slept really well with the routine work out. Stop eating all the carbs. You can also try those Spa places that offers body wrap 2 days before your wedding, it took at least 2 inch of my waist. Good luck and stay beautiful!

Best thing to do is try to cut back on your salt intake. It will make you bloated. Stay away from carb, try to eat lean protein with some veggies. Don't eat to much sweet, and also cut on your sodas. Water is the best for your skin and your body. For your work out, try to use eliptical machine at least 20 minutes each day, it burned a lot of calories. Try to subtitute oil with cooking spray. Eat healthy breakfast, protein and veggies for your lunch, and for dinner just eat lots of fruit and veggies. Try not to eat late supper, eat your dinner before 7:00 pm.. So it give your boddy a chance to burn the calorie. Stay away from alcoholic drink, best thing to do if you have to, is to get one glass of red wine. Don't drink mixed drink, because of the calories (one glass of pina collada has 500 calories in it).

You will loose weight and avoid the marriage thing at the same time.

Seriously... lots of Water, fruit and veggies.
Fast food and soda are your enemies
