it's a sign he's insane, the repubs would love to get rid of both of them, they could groom a new V.P. for 08 & blame the quagmire in iraqistan on the departed rummy but neither will go quietly, they know where the bodies are buried.

Although Rumsfeld could be replaced Cheney holds and elective office and is not serving at the will of Bush. I do not like how rumsfeld has conducted the war in Iraq but remember it is the generals that make the plans and he rubber stamps them. What is evident is that those in the leadership of our military have become ineffective. That is far more alarming than political concerns.

I am a very strong Republican supporter, but, as a Disabled Veteran, I do not like Donald Rumsfeld in the least, he should be replaced immediately.
