i think rko is the better wrestler and has a better gimmick to go with it not only is he arrogant but he backs it up with his great wrestling skills and let's not for get his cheeky smile. Mr Kennedy on the other-hand just has a stupid catch phrase and in truth is not best of wrestlers either he lacks penintration he will just end up turning face soon and then his career will turn downhill.

Well orton is better cause he has been around longer and has more experience. Mr. Kennedy is still a rookie. And rko had the world title and kennedy only had the us title.

rKO cuz he is one of the most famous wrestler in wwe than Mr.Kennedy.And another fact which i don't like about Mr.Kennedy is ,he is against undertaker and Kane who are the favorite of mine.

The better wrestler is Mr. Kennedy. Randy Orton has a very limited arsenal of moves. As far as in who is better in WWE terms it's Randy Orton. He's had the feuds, he has the family background, he's a former World Champion, top heel, etc.

i will say RKO cuz Kennedy only had the United States Champion and Randy Had World Heavyweight Champion; Intercontinental Champion.
But u will never say until they meet in the ring so i cant actually say interesting Question!

Definitely Randy Orton! Whomever said that Randy is limited in wrestling moves never have watched him when he was in OVW. Orton is a much better overall wrestler.
