My husband wants for both os us to get our tongues pierced, I would like to have it pierced with my husband at the same time but is there something about piercing your tongue that I dont know of?

It really doesn't hurt during the whole process of getting it pierced ... it's the after care that kills you ... your tongue swells up pretty good ... you drool a little ... talk funny for a few days and it's one of the quickest diets I've ever had ... it takes about a week for the swelling to go away completely ... you have to wash your mouth out with a strong mouth wash every time you eat, drink, or smoke ... they recommend no oral contact with others ( oral sex, kissing, sucking .. you get the idea ) for a few weeks ... the main problem people have with tongue piercing is chipping their teeth ... as long as you're not playing with it 24/7 you'll be just fine ... I've had mine pierced twice and want to get it done one more time but work won't allow it ... that's cool you're looking into it .. and not just jumping right in ... they're a lot of fun and I personally think they're sexy as hell ... especially if you're pretty conservative and you notice a little stud in the tongue that's a huge turn on ... it's all worth the pain in the end ... I'd say from a scale of 1-10 ... it's about a 2 with the needle and 4 with the swelling ... good luck with whatever you choose ... !
Oh yeah ... and the whole thing about oral sex and all ... it really doesn't make a HUGE difference ... you notice something is there for sure .. but it's not like a vibrating ring around your tongue ... lol ... if this is the main reason for getting it - then don't do it ... !

I can see why you would get your tongue pierced, but why would he? Is oral sex more pleasurable for a woman if the guy has a pierced tongue? I seriously do not know.

This is too funny. My sister in-law said that it helped stimulate things....My response: Sorry you need the extra help. To me, if someone needs a piece of metal to help during sex...then they are in bad shape. But, to each his own. Have fun...and I hear that taking a Pamprin before you get it pierced will help with the swelling and a bit of the pain.

Yes, it is very painful and your tongues may well swell up and become septic.
Even if that does not happen, then you have to contend with food matter getting behind whatever bone you insert into the orifice and starting to rot.
It is the most ridiculous thing to do, and if you were meant to have pierced tongues then you would have been born with holes in them.

More of a sensation when you are giving each other down below therapy darling!! More you than him..you will enjoy it if he's pierced.... personally I never would but that's me..think about it carefully and only do it if you are wanting too and are comfortable with it.......

There is nothing dangerous about it. Me and my husband have one. People use them for oral sex some just like having them. Other people that don't have them say there for people who is Freaks in bed. If u like having oral sex GIRL go ahead. It the best that could happen if u like oral sex. hope u get it done it doesn't hurt either.

I used to have mine pierced. Some guys liked it others didn't. I liked it, but I did chip one of my teeth. Luckily I got the tooth fixed.

I wouldn't do it -- but then I don't have any piercings and neither does my husband.
I've heard your food will taste like metal. Other then that, it seems fine. It's up to you - do what makes you happy!!

people who have trouble satisfying their lover during sex will get benefits from the piercing but competent lovers don't need piercings.
