Cold. Cold like bun-freezing cold. Ice cream down your pants cold.
Dragon says brrrrr a lot cuz she's in Minnesota.

When I saw Brrrrrr it is usually when I am out with my 3 year old and he is yelling "Mommy I am cold!"
So that is usually close to freezing.

Somewhere in between it's colder than a witches tit in a brass bra, and It's colder than a well diggers butt in the Yukon, both are pretty damn cold. I would say anything under 10 degrees.
