I like to make baskets for each family member ... full of things they will enjoy ... movie tickets, popcorn, coke, candy, sports stuff, gear, pictures ...etc... !
I hate the stupid popcorn buckets .. or the usual grocery store gifts ... so I try to think of what each person likes and go from there.
My mom is a huge Chargers fan .. so this year I'm going to buy a helmet for her and stuff it full of Chargers gear ... my dad is into dirt bikes so for him I'm going to buy a new riding bag and stuff it full of fun things that he can use while he's out riding ... my brother just had a new baby so I plan on getting him a baby bag but put things he can use in it .. maybe a cert. to his favorite restaurant, pay for him to go golfing, something that he will enjoy doing without worrying about the new little one ... my other brother well ... he's kinda hard to buy things for since he's in & out of jail .. so I keep it simple with him - NO CASH ... but I'll take him out shopping for new shoes or a few new sweat shirts for the winter ... !
You know them the best ... take a hobby of theirs and plan around it ... Theme Gifts ... that's what I call them ... !

Pictures..Maybe of each person and you ? Or some fun event that includes everyone? You could really have fun with this! Make cute frames, but stuff at a craft store or even cheap nice frame at a dollar store. I think pictures are a great gift. I love receiving them don't you?

i have a huge family as well and last year for xmas i got some styrofoam balls and tons of bags of those little sequin things and tons of pins and made them all xmas tree ornaments.
i put each one in a colorful bag and had them each pick a bag for themselves.
they love it! and it was pretty cheap.

You don't say how old all of them are, but how about a Diary for each of them, with a key that only "they" have? I have 14 brothers & sisters, and that's what I gave each of them last year, and they "all" love it! Good luck.

Get their names engraved on key chains.
take a huge cake witha family tree on it with their names on it .
