Cheat as in tests, or cheat as in significant other? On tests it doesn't matter. On a significant other I'm inclined to believe that hot weather offers the cheaters more opportunities to conceal themselves outdoors, and more likely to remove clothing.

I think warmer climates make people more erotic because they wear less, they become more accustomed to being near naked flesh and become less self-conscious. Warmer nights means nights out in a balmy atmosphere, less cares about tomorrow's work therefore less stress, more time focused on ourselves.
People cheat more and more effectively in everything when it's hot and come up with better excuses for it as well.

i believe hot weather makes people sluggish, and if you observe carefully you will find that most of the underdeveloped countries are situated in the torrid zone- between the tropic of cancer and the tropic of capricorn- the hottest reagion on the planet. the hot weather makes people lazy and they tend to cheat themselves out of any kind of work. also, it gets pretty uncomfortable, so people get too uncomfortable to take up anything too seriously, and when u don't take something seriously, you tend to cheat and lie about it without giult.

Obviously hot weather, Im always more attracted to a woman wearing next to nothing opposed to a woman wearing some fat *** winter jacket.
