It is about a year, but a month either way won't have any effects. But some one without a brain here told you to mix formula and milk together.....don't do that! You can over load a babies organs with all the excess vitamins and it can be fatal! Especially Iron and Vitamin D, which are not flushed daily from your system, and iron overdose is the #1 cause of death in infants. Good Luck!

Most doctors say at one year. I got my son started a little early and started giving him some milk at 10 months. I gradually switched him over.

1 year. The digestive system of babies is not mature enough to digest the proteins in cow's milk until they are at least 1 year old. Babies need the proteins and nutrients found in formula or breast milk up until this point.

Well pretty much like everyone else had said the doctor usually recommends switching at one year old. But you can do it before. Use your own judgement, whenever you think your baby is ready maybe 11 months or so. Just watch out for diarrhea and any signs that may suggest allergies

The doctor recommends a year. My brother did at 11 months and there didn't seem to be any harmful effects. His son stomached it well.
