Are there any theaters in Tacoma/Seattle Wash. area that show old movies ?

I'm not sure how old you mean. I just know of the Crest - It's on 5th and 165th, just one block east off I-5. If you go to the NG Target/Best Buy building and go N on that 5th street behind the store.... just keep driving til 165th and you'll see it. It's a $3 theatre that plays stuff that has already left the regular theatres, and some indy stuff.
Try using the YAHOO! movies features where it gives you movie listings. You can choose from all the theatres in t he area and see what they're playing. There are a lot of small theatres that play indy stuff and they might be your best bet for finding older stuff, especially in the U Dist area.

There is also a theatre at Pine & Broadway that shows old movies. Can't think of it's name.
