It is simple; if you a are a Republican and screw up you are fired.
If you are a Democrat you blame Bush, Haliburton Karl Rove or Global Warming.

Sure. Kerry knew he had made a Freudian slip and that Bush gets blamed for every damned thing like Katrina, oil prices, terrorism, murder, stupidity, speech, lack of education, warmongering, hypocrisy, and everything that goes wrong so he felt since the Americans had already been brainwashed and would be receptive to the possibility, he'd just try it. If he apologized, he would be admitting to doing wrong and it may cost the democrats votes, so he'd rather try the Bush strategy.

Because, he is John Kerry, he supported his comment be for he was against it.
His apology was half hearted and probably written up by the Democrats.
As the Bible says, " He is a double minded man, unstable in all he does."- James 1:8

A president can basically get stuff achieved if their celebration controls the two chambers of Congress. Obama has very nearly no capacity good now, he lost the residing house in 2011. He basically had finished capacity for 2 years. Bush, on the different hand, had finished capacity for 6 years, he did no longer lose Congress until eventually 2007 (while the Democrats gained the two chambers). because of the fact of this Bush is lots worse than Obama and all of us realize it. He had six years to wreck usa. i do no longer think of Obama destroyed something, yet regardless of in case you do, he basically had 2 years of it.

That was a mistake. He should have just said something like "I blew a line and inadvertantly insulted the very service members I support. Their job is hard enough especialy during this failed Bush policy. It was a mistake and I apologise." It would have been over and I can't imagine anyone not respecting him for saying it.

Haven't you learned by now? The Dems blame EVERYTHING on Bush. Even their allegedly botched jokes.
