i have a hutch postpaid connection in Hyderabad and i don't find the perfect service provider in the choices given, how i get it done?

you have to choose your own MSP, as while on roaming, the O/g & I/c will be cheap, if Choseing other MSPs you may end up paying more. But it Hutch is not having direct operations and have tied up with rival operators, then you may paying normal roaming rates.
Ask your customer care of Hutch.

If you're on Roaming, you'll need to opt for the National Roaming service, as against the Zonal Roaming service (there will be a rental difference)...
if you have National Roaming (higher rental), you can choose any of the cellular operators in the state (outside AP) except BSNL. if you have Zonal Roaming, you will be allowed to choose only the Roaming Tie-up Partner, which Hutch has already got a contract with... and if Hutch is already in that state, you can choose only Hutch.
So get your Roaming service changed.
If you're inside Andhra Pradesh and you're saying you don't have network in that town/village, then there's nothing you can do. You have to find another service provider and cancel this connection.
