I've got this presentation for class where I have to pick a movie (I would prefer something with at least a little bit of humor) that depicts some of the processes of diversity. I've got to present it to the class as well as write a 7-9 page paper.

Any ideas to which movie I should choose?

I originally thought Forrest Gump, because I could have sworn he was ridiculed A LOT in the Army (an "organization") for being slightly retarded... but as I went back and rewatched the movie, I realized their wasn't as much discrimination/processes of diversity as I thought.

So now I'm back at ground zero.

Does the movie Zoolander deal with processes of diversity? (Diversity, by the way, I can argue as pretty much anything besides being a white male... this includes women, sexual preference, ethic backrounds, mentally challenged individuals, etc).

OK, please help. The time is now.

PCU - Politically Correct University.

It is great, hilarious, and covers almost every kind of person that you may find in a college or just everyday life. It has Jeremy Piven, David Spade, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, and John Favreau in it. It's about this group of students who terrorize the entire campus and all the different "groups." In the end they all set aside their differences to party with George Clinton and defeat the racist white supremest frat headed by David Spade. Its cheesy but in a good way. Definitely fits what you are looking for.

"The Dark Backward" - Judd Nelson as a man who discovers a lump growing on his back but it turns out to be much worse......a third arm . The movie deals with the guy's struggle to gain acceptance while trying to overcome not only prejudice but exploitation.

Blazing Saddles--satire western about a black man becoming sheriff in the old west--may offend those who are sensitive
Cabin Boy--rich boy in a blue collar environment--funny!

Borat, but it's not on DVD yet. Maybe "The Ringer" with Johnny Knoxville. It's actually got some morals in it. Like how you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.

"Gung Ho" comes to mind (Japanese Efficiency meets American Ideals)

So does "Mr Mom" (what if Mom and Dad have to change 'traditional' roles?)

Oddly, both of these films star Michael Keaton

PCU was pretty good. it was a satire about how far some people go to be politically correct.
