I ended a contract to buy a house the deposit still has not been received,can the seller be in contract again?

The answers all depend on your contract with the Seller. This is why you should have an attorney.

The first question is whether or not the contract has actually been terminated, and the second is whether or not you are entitled to a refund under the circumstances.

These cannot be answered without reference to the contract.
