I have heard of this type of thing done to japanese cars. It can certainly be done, but I must warn you that you need to take it in to a proper place because otherwise if the installation is done incorrectly, your car will be useless.

what, are you nuts, to do what you are thinking, you will need a different intake manifold, a different air box,where the air filter is housed, a different throttle cable set up,a whole new vacuum
set-up, as well as heater hose set-up for the choke (i think)
these will cost you a lot more then taking your audi to a competent garage that workes on audis all the time and have the bad injector replaced or have them straighten out your car from running to rich

the problem would be you to think you can re-engineer the emission control system on a whim...put it back as it should be and get you're self a date with the time you now have!!! ...it's not a chevy!!!
