You've probably strained it somehow, might have damaged some muscles or some nerves or who knows what. If you haven't seen a doctor, it might be a good idea to drop in and just let him have a look at it, so you know precisely what's going on and how long you can expect it to last.

Well, 1. Depending on how much u way, u shouldn't carry an object that's 70lbs bigger than your body mass if you don't have enough strength to carry it, but it's not totally ur fault; 2. I find using a product called Bengay works especially well in those kind of situations. I've used it before and it works very well. But if the pain still doesn't go away, I'd contact a Chiropractic or a doctor and get and x-ray.

You may have damaged a nerve in the bundle that passes out of your chest. This is called Thoracic outlet syndrome. You may also as noted above have herniated a cervical vertebrae. Either way after a month and a half you are past the bengay stage and into the see a doctor stage.

Okay, if you "can't" go to a chiropractor "right now?" Then have someone you know who has patience & time, to do this. Have this person massage your entire body, starting with your head, and slowly work down to your feet. When they get to your feet, have them massage the "arches" of your feet for at "least" 5 minutes, okay? They don't have to massage this real hard either. But your feet have everything to do with your back, neck, shoulders, ect. If they need to use lotion, fine, just get someone to do this for you. When they are finished, don't move for at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes. If you have this done once a day, you should feel better within one week. Also, drink a warm cup of decaf. Green tea "before" the massage, okay? It will work, tell yourself it will "before" the massage every day, alright? and good luck.

And once you're waiting to go in, you are able to ought to apply quite of pressure such as your penis, (at the same time consenting for sure) because the body's organic reaction is to shrink back. it is going to break, in spite of the indisputable fact that that is like ripping a bandaid off. The slower you go, the more effective it is going to break and the longer it is going to break. after I had sex the first time i became having an quite puzzling time, in spite of the indisputable fact that the guy in basic terms shoved it in there and it became a lot a lot less complicated that way. and also you is in basic terms not "laying on her". Missionary position is nice for a lady who's a virgin. which will make it a lot less complicated that you'll "get in there" And good received't make a distinction even as it contains sex. the in basic terms component you've a align is, nicely, you comprehend. and considering that you men are both virgins you in all likelihood do not comprehend, once you're having sex it isn't accessible to regulate your gas so if it takes position do not enable it wreck something. in basic terms push aside it and save on going.

sounds like you really pulled the muscle and damaged the nerves. or that it's a chronic injury and the muscle spasm is causing the nerve to be pinched. The problem could also be occurring higher up....so you should go to a dr, and if you went, go back again and try to get some therapy...

I think you probably herniated a disc in the cervical. My advice would to see a doctor and get an MRI to rule out any of these problems.

I'm guessing you strained or tore some muscle and the inflammation is pressing on your nerves...heat pad and anti-inflammatories and NO LIFTING for a good long while.
