Relax Take a vacation. Take a hot bath. Play soothing music and sleep with the music on so I will wake to it on the CD.
Exercise is a good help or being with my mate for a little while to talk and other bounce of ideas or yelling about my problems only to his voice of reason to calm me down when I am flying off the handle. Then time alone with him to be loved.

Tension is a by-product of our own action right or wrong but we start fearing them and committing more mistakes.To avoid this I start analyzing the fact and action which I have taken , If my mind says that you are right then I stop worrying and then No tension.However If my mind says you are wrong then immediately I start taking remedial action for it which relieve me from tension.

i try not to think about my tensions in present moment, but sumtimez it gets hard and it just feels like u are gonna explode, at that moment i try to stay calm and think straight.

i dont deal with it well, kinda crabby. i try to let it go, cuz most of the time the situation is gonna effect me 5 yrs down the road.
