I have one (a homemade one I bought in a thrift store for 90 cents) but I'm ashamed to admit I've never used it. I have used a knitting Nancy which is the same principle in miniature and it's not difficult. Once the board is threaded you just lift the yarn loops up and over the pegs with a crochet hook or craft pick.
