The parts used are the fresh or dried flower parts. It is considered to be a remedy for problems with the kidney, bladder, and prostrate problems. Useful for pain associated with painful urination and bed wetting. Make an infusion (tea) Two ounces of the herb in boiling water and drink several small glasses a day. You can buy this at a health food store or Swansons vitamins on line for a very reasonable price. Get a tea ball if you dont have one. You put the dried herb in the tea ball and pour your boiling water over the tea ball and let soak for about 10 to 15 minutes. Put a lid over the cup while soaking so as not to lose any of the qualities to the air.

I don't know what all is in it. But it has to have corn silk or the tassel off of corn . You know, the white things on corn that looks like hairs.
I am allergic to corn silk.

actually cornsilk is used for diabetes, mostly as a diuretic. It promotes urination as well as decreases blood sugar. Also good for UTIs, bedwetting and inflammation of the prostate. Bonus, if you put cornsilk on your face it makes it much less oily (see Sally Hansen CornSilk products).

it supportst the urinary system, it acts as a diuretic. Helps the bladder, kidneys, and small intestine, helps with bed wetting issues, helps carpal tunnel syndrome, edema, obesity, pms, and prostate issues, if you mix it with kidney herbs it helps UTI's.
