My Black fish Seem To be Turning Kind Of Whitish...??

well i see one white spot on the fish but it was on it when i bought it??

They change colour because of light levels. Make sure the light on your tank is on at all times. If no tank keep in sunlight but away from draft. You might even notice a lighter colour if you were to leave light off at night and put on in the morning.

You need to medicate the water, it sounds like he has a fungus. look at him close and see if you notice the skin falling off. You can by the medication a pet store, there is a name for this but I can't think of it, sorry.

I did have the same prob in my aquarium and the best solution is to take a sample of the water to the pet store and they can test it for you...of your store does not have this than just explain the situation and they can give you the correct water PH balancer...and algae reducer...Good Luck!

White spots? It could be ick. You can get medicine for that at any pet store.

it could be some kind of skin fungus or bacterial infetion. call a vet. or it might just be the light .some fish can change color due to light , tempreture, and other atmospheric conditions.

They most likely have Ick. There's a treatment that you can buy...I would suggest getting some.

It probably has a bacterial infection. Get some melafix.
