do u mean the steps of cellular respiration? if so...

Respiration is the process of breaking down the food by using oxygen into carbondioxide and water.
The food for every cell is glucose,the glucose is broken down to pyruvate by "glycolysis" in the cytoplasm and pyruvate is broken down to carbondioxide and water by Kreb's citric acid cycle in the cell's mitochondria.
I can't remember the names of all the chemicals in these reactions as there are many..

(Glc---->Pyr) Glycolise in cytoplasm then Pyr---->acetylCoA and enters the mit for citric cycle which produce ATP.NADP,FDAH....
