Emergency vehicles make me concerned. Strove lights flashing make me nervous because of the harm they can do to some small children (seizures) .

They don't make me really nervous, but if I am driving home from either watching a lot of TV or being in a dark place, they give me a headache!

On top of a car that is speeding fast up behind me, they make me very nervous...in a bar or club, not at all...lol

No, I wouldn't say they make me nervous. Strobes make it difficult for me to retain my balance or even speak well, but they've never made me nervous
