I have tried using Ad-aware, Spy-bot, Windows defender, Norton Anti-virus, and a couple of other programs to no avail. Thanks

Well spydoctor seems like a legit program but I'm not totally sure.

If you can't remove it using Add or remove programs and spy bot is telling you it's mallware. It may be like SpySherrif.

Hit Start > run > type regedit.

Back up the registry. Search the registry, Control + F. F3 for next.
Look for that name in there. spydoctor. Delete keys as needed.

Start here or get someone that knows what they are doing to help you with the registry. Heed the warnings. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756

Download and run `hijackthis' the logs will show you the list of running tasks.. if you examine the logs carefully, you can easily find out the location of the rogue and can then delete the same after launching your pc in `safe mode'
