Call your high school and see if it is available. You may have to pay for it, though.

The only way to get an official copy of your high school Diploma is to write to your high-school and ask them to send you another copy, there is no short-cut around it...

go 2 high school and then photocopy your diploma

get in touch with your old high school. Employers should only need transcripts if they can not provide you with one just to show you completed
