Just down load Skype and make your computer to computer calls absolutely free.I daily make free calls to my son in USA. But if you want to make Phone calls you will ahve to buy Skype credits and the cost per minute is one cent per minute

i think for that you need to buy some credit by paying money to yahoo. and even in skype.
