how do u make a hyprotic proton cannon?

a hyprotic proton cannon is a laser beam that i saw on TV that can shoot through walls. if i were to make one, i could sell it to the navy and become rich!!!

Hi. Hyprotic is a sedative. Protons are particles. Why would you want to make a cannon out of sedated particles? The Navy might be interested though.
