It depends on the situation. I like silk better when I'm in bed with a lovely lady. I like wearing cotton for everything else.

Except for those having allergies, silk is a better material than cotton as its wicking quaility is much higher than cotton. So with dampness removed from skin area you shall feel cooler at high temperature and warmer at low ones.

Also depending upon amount of refinement and weaving technique it can be made incredibly softer and nearly any amount of visual sheen.

nah i prefer cotton its cheaper and the way i use it its sturdier. i dont like the feel of silk realy either. sept on women i like em in silk stuff but that usualy comes off prety fast so juct cotton lace will do there. so nah cotton is better than silk. BUT POLYESTER IS A WHOLE NOTHER THING ; )
