You can't make yourself taller than your genes say you will be. You are lucky to be this tall if you parents are shorter than you however, if you don't get enough calcium, drink lots of milk! Then it may make you shorter than your genes say you will be. Other vitamins are important too!
In other words you can't make yourself taller than your genes say you will be. However you can make yourself shorter than your genes say by not getting enough vitamins and nutrients!
Good luck. Remember, you may want to be tall for basketball but it makes it harder to get girls when you are sooo tall! unless you become one of the best, but odds are very much against you there. ;)
I personally would prefer to practice and go after girls rather than make myself taller and HOPE I become one of the best and risk not having gf's because I am too tall. ;)
Good luck!

Sorry, all you can do to maximize your height is to make sure you get all the right vitamins, minerals and nutrition that someone your age should receive. The lack of these can keep you from reaching the height that your genes will allow. But other than that, there is nothing you can do. Just enjoy the height you already have and recognize that your generation is the tallest on average of any in the U.S. history. George Washington was only 5'5 and he did pretty well but he never strived to be good at basketball.

U should look at the other side, there are so many players who are not that tall such as John Stockton, Jason Kidd, Gary Peyton who made it to the top. What u should do is develop your skills, speed and muscles and let the height take its due course. With skills, speed and muscles you will be able to make it big time.

Sweetheart, don't worry so much. You are just 15 and believe it or not you are not done growing yet. You'll see, you will be 6'4/5 before you turn 17. See you in the pros.

There is nothing you can do to make yourself taller, the bright side is that you are only 15 and your body isn't finished maturing so maybe you will reach your desired height. It all depends on your genetics passed to you from your parents.

Well dear, you're still only 15. You're probably not done growing yet, but you can't make yourself any taller than you were meant to be... It's all in your genes.
