Per my doctor, it takes around 10 days to have a blodd test show that you are pregnant. Of course that could give or take a day or so depending on your body. But i was told 10 days. I know i had a blood test the first week of August and it was negative, 7 days later it was positive.
But if you are going by urine test, you will have to wait a week before your pierod.
The fastest way is blood test, and like i said, per my OB and family doctor, it will show 10 days after the date you had sex.
That will be tricky if you are having sex everyday, as you could not pinpoint the exact day.

I took one 4 days before I would get my period and it was negative, then 5 days later (the day after my perid should have come) I got a positive. I know it's horrible but you have to just wait.
