Copying from i Tunes to MP3 Player?

Question

All my music is form internet, most only have filenames as track 1, 2, 3, and so on, when it gets to the next track1,2, or 3 it wont copy as there is always a file name the same, you can only replace it, is there any way round this?

rename them, that's the only way i know.
