ABSOLUTELY!!! That's what happens to women with post-partum depression. The hormones get all out of whack which has an effect on our mental status. Some women (including myself) experience a touch of depression when the hormones naturally change right before our periods.

The change in hormones when I took birth control pills made me very depressed. I finally decided it wasn't worth it and stopped taking them - life has been much happier since.

why not if u want to continue hormones....do some strength training exercises they are very very good for fighting depression
